A widespread internet rumour says that Lugansk women are desperate to leave Ukraine and will marry any foreigner, no matter how bald or fat. The reason being, salaries are too low, and Ukrainian men are drunk, abusive, or both. Nothing could be farther from the truth!

Men of Lugansk are honest, hard working and do not drink or smoke, not even on holidays. None are fat. Most walk or ride a bicycle several miles to work, giving them highly toned physiques and surplus energy in the bedroom. Why? Not because they don't own a car, most in fact own two or three. Rather, Ukrainian culture ingrains in all men the desire to be fit and healthy at all stages of life, from youth to retirement. Those who are genetically destined to go bald, proudly shave it off, rather than vainly buying hair plugs from Bosley, or worse yet, combing over.

High morals are a hallmark of Lugansk men and cheating is almost unheard of. From an early age, boys are taught to be respectful to women, and never to stray. Even if a rare bad apple should try, no girl would accept his advances, for they are just as moral, if not more so.

Lugansk girls always save themselves for marriage, and most find a husband by the age of 20. Those with exceptional aptitude enter higher education, but the vast majority choose to be housewives. All complete high school, though the structure differs from schools in the USA and EU. Girls spend their final two years immersed in home economics courses, where they learn to cook and sew.

The men and women of Lugansk live together in blessed matrimonial harmony. You will not find a bride here because they are all taken, by handsome, non-alcoholic, non-wife-beating Ukrainian men.
